How do I book a session with you?
Booking with Imagery by Josh is simple. Start by visiting the website and navigating to the Contact tab. From there, fill out the contact form with your details and submit your inquiry. Once received, we will review your request and follow up to discuss your session, answer any questions, and walk you through the next steps.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?
Your wardrobe plays a bigger role than most people expect. The best outfits reflect your personality and match the tone of your session. As a general guide, solid colors and neutral tones tend to photograph beautifully and stand the test of time, while busy patterns can pull focus away from you.

How long does it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround time varies depending on the session type, but most clients receive their fully edited gallery within 7 to 14 days. Every image is carefully reviewed and edited before delivery, so the time invested reflects the quality you can expect.
Need your photos sooner? Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Just let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We understand that professional photography is an investment and we want to make it as accessible as possible.
Flexible payment options are available for clients who need them. Reach out before booking and we will work together to find a plan that fits your situation.
What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor session?
A little weather will not get in the way of a great session. If conditions are not ideal, we have two options: reschedule to a date that works for both of us or move the session to an indoor location that fits the vision. We always monitor the forecast ahead of your session and will communicate with you in advance if any adjustments need to be made. Your experience and comfort are the priority.
Can I bring a friend or family member to my session?
Absolutely. Having a familiar face nearby can make a real difference in how relaxed and natural you feel in front of the camera, and that shows in the final images. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member along for support. To keep the session focused and the energy intentional, we recommend limiting additional guests to one or two people.
How long does a session last?
Our Signature Experience is a 60-minute full session designed to give you the time and space to settle in, connect with the camera, and walk away with images that truly reflect you. No rushing, no cutting corners. Just a focused, intentional experience from start to finish.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your session date. A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and goes toward your total investment. This ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due prior to your session. Reach out if you have any questions about the payment process.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours before your session. There is no cancellation fee as long as proper notice is given.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. In rare circumstances, refunds may be considered at our discretion. We are always willing to have a conversation if something unexpected comes up.
